Gooey Chocolate Brownies




Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
350g Chocolate
250g Butter
250g Sugar
100g Plain Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
3 eggs


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Melt the chocolate and butter over a bain-marie
3. Whilst waiting for the chocolate to melt, whisk the eggs and sugar together until it's smooth
4. Fold the melted chocolate into the mixture
5. Sieve the flour and baking powder into the mixture
6. Pour into a greased baking tin
7. Place into the oven for around 30 minutes, keeping an eye on them
8. When they're done let them cool in the tin and then enjoy!
